Tip! Look carefully at labels on so-called “Veggie” cheese and other alternatives, sometimes these products still contain traces of “Casein” which will be listed in the key ingredients. How can you know your dairy alternative products are truly vegan? Look for the vegan-certified “V” in a a Circle logo or “vegan product” on the packaging.
