A Flash Mob Dance erupts in front of Tennessee Aquarium in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee bringing smiles to the faces of bystanders and celebrating the talent of beloved local dance instructor Lindsay Fussell and the Chattanooga Center for Creative Arts’ world traveling “Choo Choo Kids.” It’s all part of a local effort to celebrate the arts in Chattanooga and become part of a nation-wide grassroots movement to bring arts to the streets with flash mob dance.
