Missy Crutchfield: The Vegan: A Guide On How to Take Your Activism to Your Plate & #VTheChange!

Missy Crutchfield

To all Vegans, Aspiring Vegans, and those curious about what it means to be Vegan…

On Gandhi’s Be Magazine (bemagazine.org) we are constantly sharing with and updating our readers about information on how to live and work consciously, “healthy mind, body, spirit, people & planet.”

I truly believe if Mahatma Gandhi were alive today that the next frontier for his life and work would be the Vegan Revolution. That’s why here at Gandhi’s Be Magazine we took Gandhi’s famous quote “Be the change” to the next level… #VTheChange and Go Vegan for your health, the health of the planet, and all of its inhabitants.

For me this was the one way I could begin making change with the deepest impact, taking it to my plate and in my lifestyle. I share these principles of nonviolence as a way of life everyday by inviting people to #VTheChange and Go Vegan.

Many people have shared their interest with me about becoming vegan and embracing a plant-based diet, and joining us in “The Vegan Way of Life,” but didn’t know exactly how or where to start. With that in mind, “The Vegan” blog is launched and dedicated to all those amazing human beings seeking deeper compassion and connection to all living things.

Here you will find resources, ideas, recipes, my favorite vegan people, films, books, and websites to inspire you on your journey.

The Hopi Elders share with us a reminder that “We are the ones we have been waiting for.” Truly Now is the Time. Let this new day of compassion for #AllGodsChildren and #AllGodsCreatures dawn upon us now and forever more…

Shared with Hope & Love,

The Vegan: A Guide on How to Take Your Activism to Your Plate & #VTheChange!
